-EXACT MATCHPlease select your insole length according to your shoe size from the fiveth picture. The carbon fiber liner must be 0.4 - 0.6 inches shorter than the removable liner in the shoe (about 1 - 1.5 cm as shown in picture 3) . We recommend measuring several pairs of your shoe's insoles and giving maybe 0.4 - 0.6 inch space which makes sure that the carbon fiber insole does not exceed the length of your current insole, so you can easily slip them in and out of your shoes.

-FOOT SUPPORTThis real carbon fiber insole is 1.3mm thick and has 180 degrees flat plate design to allow minimum flexibility with optimized stability. The slim and thin stiff insole reduces the pressure between the metatarsal joints and toes and helps reduce foot pain and foot recovery.
