Compatible for WF3CB, PureSource 3, 706465, 242086201, 242086203, 242294501, 242069601, AP4567491, PS3412266, WF425- -The Aqua Fresh WF425 Refrigerator Filter is a compatible fridge water filter that fits models which use the PureSource 3, WF3CB refrigerator filter system. Note: This is NOT the OEM (Original) manufactured filter- -You will notice the locking block of the AquaFresh WF425 filter looks very different from the WF3CB, the appearance is quite different but it does fit. The filter head is spring-loaded and will require a little more force on installation. Push the filter in while applying slight downward pressure on the filter to secure installation. Once the filter has bottomed out in the receiver, release pressure and the filter should lock in place. Check for leaks before walking away- -Aqua Fresh filters are certified to NSF/ANSI standard 42 by IAPMO. Aqua Fresh filters use activated carbon to help reduce chlorine, harmful contaminants, heavy metals, impurities, deposits (while retaining beneficial minerals to the body) and provide clean, healthy water.- -Take your health a step further, with certified high-quality water filters because we take water seriously. Quality clean water that taste great and filter cost less than the original. For best filtration results, filter cartridges should be replaced every six months or 300 gallons.- - The Aqua-Fresh is a compatible replacement for the WF3CB. It contains a filter key to ensure the filter is locked in place tightly, with dual o-rings on each side for an extremely tight seal, sure to prevent leaks when installed correctly. The system has been tested according to NSF/ANSI 42 for the reduction of Chlorine taste and odor. The concentration of the Chlorine was reduced to 2.0 mg/l +/- 10%, as specified in NSF/ANSI 42. The Aqua-Fresh also carries the IAPMO R&T Water Quality Platinum Seal, as well as a 30 Day Limited Warranty. The Aqua-Fresh will provide you with 300 gallons or 6 months of clean, clear water from your refrigerator's water and ice dispenser. Maintain quality and performance by replacing regularly, every 6 months. NOTE: While the tips on the end of the AquaFresh look different from the PureSource3 WF3CB, the AquaFresh model DOES fit.
