Our replacement cable packs for your speed jump rope are composed of:- 2 steel cables with its protective PVC sheath- 4 hand screws to lock the rope handle- 4 rubber caps to protect the ends of the 2 cables- 4 rubber blockers to prevent the handle from sliding inwards during jumps.Each rope is 12' long. With this length, all athletes, regardless of their size (yes, even the tall ones of 6'4" and more) can adjust it to their size using a good pair of cutters.The black and transparent cables have a diameter of 3mm. We recommend them for fast single jumps or in the learning phase of double jumps. Their speed is ideal for learning to pass the first set of 10 DU.The blue, red, yellow, green, and pink ropes have a diameter of 2.5mm. They are lighter than the black ropes and therefore offer a faster speed. Combined with the bearings of the BRANK Rope, they go very fast. Really fast. They are therefore recommended for those who manage to link more than 10 DU and who work on series of DU.
