Entregamos Boleta Electrónica, de acuerdo a los datos registrados en tu cuenta de Mercado Libre. Este documento es el respaldo en caso de realizar un cambio o devolución. Podemos entregar Factura pero debe indicarlo a través de un mensaje una vez que realice la compra.

- Cambios y/o Devolución.
En caso de que el producto adquirido no cumpla con lo mencionado en la descripción o sea diferente a este, se puede solicitar el cambio.
Para realizar el cambio de producto este debe estar en su empaque original sin detalles, el cambio se coordinara a través de Mercado Libre.
